SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items are cut and handmade to order so have a 14 business day making period before shipping. Shipping times are then additional to the making period depending on what shipping method you chose at the checkout.
All orders are sent signed for and tracked.
If you are a UK customer your order will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (Reference number provided, so you can get delivery confirmation) or you can pick the Royal Mail guaranteed 1 day delivery if your in a rush!(this doesn't change our making period though)
If you are an international customer(outside the UK) your order will be shipped via Royal Mail international tracked & signed for service(comes with tracking number)
Return & Exchange Policy
As we are only a very small independent UK business we do not have the facilities to process refunds at this moment in time.
All items are handmade to order and are bespoke to all customers requirements. When you purchase you enter a legal contract by agreeing that the item you have purchased is non-refundable.
We are happy to exchange items if they are the wrong size and they can then be swapped for the same item but in a different size.
Please email us to arrange an exchange - you must do this within 5 working days of receiving the order. The exchanged item MUST be in an unworn and sellable condition with no signs of wear - if the item does not meet these conditions it will be sent back to you and the return will not be processed.
all items are checked thoroughly before posted but If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible with photo evidence so we can assess the fault and assist you to the best of my abilities.
