Shipping policy
Please check the banner @ the top of every page for my current turnaround time information.
All items are cut and handmade to order so CURRENTLY have a 10 business day making period BEFORE shipping. Shipping times are then additional to the making period depending on what shipping method you chose at the checkout.
All orders are sent signed for and tracked.
(Reference number provided, so you can get delivery confirmation) There are different shipping options you can choose inc express shipping (this doesn't change our making period though)
If you are an international customer(outside the UK) your order will be shipped via Royal Mail international tracked & signed for (the dispatch email will include your tracking number)
Return & Exchange Policy
As each item is handmade to order and is bespoke to your preference's, ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO REFUNDS. When you place an order, you enter a legal contract by agreeing that the item you have purchased is NON REFUNDABLE.
Please check the product descriptions & our size guide before ordering. You can contact me before ordering if you require further information or advice. It is your responsibility to check all information & policies.
If you are needing for a specific event, take the turnaround time into consideration. I do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or compensation for lost, stolen, damaged or late parcel deliveries. I do not offer refunds of shipping.
Mistakes happen, If I have accidently made & sent you the wrong item please contact me to arrange a return (You are responsible for return shipping to me) upon arrival, the correct item will be made & shipped to you.
Unfortunately items are not invincible, sometimes threads snap/unravel, repairs are offered to you FREE OF CHARGE (you are responsible for all shipping costs)
